Frequently Asked Questions
If I use my phone to take video, do I get to keep my own videos?
Yes. The app automatically saves your video to your own phone's video library, then it sends
the video to the cloud for sharing.
Do I have to take video to get highlights?
No. You do not have to take video to get highlights, but there has to be someone taking video
through the app for you to get highlights.
How many people can take video?
There is no limit to the number of people that can take video. The more angles the better.
For 7-on-7, 3 angles is usually great!
If I am taking video, can I also TAG my athlete's highlights?
Yes! We even added a TAG button to the record screen so you don't have to navigate back and
forth to the tag screen.
If I am taking video, do I have to record the whole game in one recording?
No. In fact it is better to start and stop between each play. That way when someone TAGs the
play, they don't get the 30-minute video delivered to their library, they just get the highlight play.
How long do I have to TAG a play after it is over?
30 seconds. This gives you enough time to celebrate a little and tag the play. Don't forget
to TAG!
If I forget to tag a play, can I still get the video?
Yes. Log into the website at webapp.vpq.app and navigate to Highlights > Clips > Find Your
Event.
What do I do if I don't see my event listed?
Use the search feature. You may not have location services enabled. If you still can't find
it, use the + button on the Events screen to create an event. Enter Your Team v Their Team, designate the
sport, add an approximate start and end time and location, then press "Create Event."
